About the MyPack Upgrade
Enrollment Management and Services (EMAS) and Enterprise Application Services (EAS) are implementing an upgrade of NC State’s Student Information System to MyPack/SIS 9.2, which will enhance functionality and provide students, faculty and staff a simpler and more intuitive way to experience MyPack Portal.
The new upgrade focuses on providing a positive and responsive user experience through mobile optimization, and will allow for quick and effortless access to enrollment, financial and degree planning tools.
About the MyPack Portal/SIS User Guide
This user guide site has been created to better assist the NC State community in navigating the new MyPack Portal and learning how to utilize it to its full potential, primarily regarding the Student Information System. Information will be added and updated throughout the implementation of the MyPack upgrade.
User guides for students will be available on the Student Services Center website when the MyPack Upgrade launches on October 9, 2017. A list of instructional pages for student tasks (student view) is available on the Student Tasks Index page.
Information and instruction for staff/employees will be available through the Human Resources office.
